The journey began in a time when the pandemic's shadow still loomed large, and I found myself waiting, day after day, for family members to return from work. During these long hours of solitude, I stumbled upon a revelation about a traditional tool that real estate agents had been using for decades, yet surprisingly, it hadn't made the transition to the digital era:
The Sign-In sheet.
This archaic method, where potential leads hurriedly scribble their information onto a paper sheet — often illegibly, and if you're fortunate, completely and accurately — turned out to be one of the most significant time sinks. Possessing an unexpectedly deep understanding of the real estate industry without being an agent myself, I recognized the undeniable value of these sign-in sheets.
Motivated by this insight, I set out to create a solution that would streamline the entire process, making it more efficient and accessible. Thus, the inception of the first digital Sign-In sheet took place, marking the birth of Real Team Code.
